When and how a course purchase can be refunded.

This outline shows what the policy will cover. It hasn’t been reviewed and doesn’t apply to anything yet, because nothing is on sale.
Eligibility
The refund window and conditions are being decided and will be published here before sales open.
Access after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, access to that course will end. Other courses you own are not affected.
Payment problems
If you’re charged but the course doesn’t unlock, or you’re charged twice, we’ll check the payment with Razorpay and either grant access or refund the extra charge.
